Your assumptions definitly is correct with me! Some people out on the road can barely drive safe when they aren't distracted so they don't need distractions!
Exactly! Even though there are many more distraction than just texting {like loud music, people even having conversations with the driver} but if states pass this law then it will definitely eliminate the main culprit!
Exactly, there are so many things that can lead to an accident, things that can't be prevented. But, since texting while driving can be prevented, it should.
